The PRINCE2 Practitioner Course is a blended learning
solution combining the convenience and power of the proven Key Skills CBT
formula with the classroom/workshop element that is necessary to fully prepare
for the Practitioner examination.
This new approach to PRINCE2 Practitioner training, complete with
an integrated set of training materials designed to facilitate the
delivery of training to PRINCE2 Practitioner level.
For the first time ever, companies can now take charge of their
own PRINCE2 Training, delivered and facilitated in a consistent manner,
in-house, including all examinations.
A major benefit of this approach is that, because your own people
are facilitating the training, your company culture and way of doing things can
be related to PRINCE2 much better than is possilble with an external training
company.
Courses can be delivered in-house as a standard 5 Day
Practitioner Course, or if you have purchased the PRINCE2 Foundation CBT course,
as add-on Practitioner training.
For overseas companies, this can also reduce costs significantly,
with no need to import trainers from the UK.
The package includes 'train the trainer' with a qualified PRINCE2
Trainer, full classroom, telephone and email support, all updates and
registration with the APMG.
 What
Does it Contain?
The full package consists of:
A CD-ROM containing a series of short precise multimedia
presentations for the training event. The training is delivered as a series of
discrete sessions covering all of the PRINCE2 Processes, Components and
Techniques. Additional sessions include full implementation case studies and
training on how to approach the examinations to maximize your chances of
success.
The Lecturer guide works alongside the CD-ROM assisting the
lecturer through the training process, with clear instructions on each step to
be covered.

Student Notes and
Exercise Books.
Each student is provided with a set of comprehensive notes
giving the entire script for the multi-media presentation with additional
information and space for students to enter their own notes as they
progress through the course. A separate exercise book allows students to
record their own solutions to the various interactive exercises that occur
during the lesson.

Lecturer Notes.
These are cross-referenced with the multimedia presentation and
provide the lecturer with cues and prompts, plus ideas on how to enhance
the learning experience for the recipients of the training. Model
solutions for all of the exercises and mock examination questions are also
included.
Although one of the advantages of this approach is the enforcement of
consistency in training delivery, the package can be easily tailored to
satisfy different training requirements. The lecturer can introduce
'lessons learnt' from his own organisation, and make the training more
personal, helping students relate between PRINCE2 and their own internal
processes.
